Electromart offers delivery within Singapore. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

A. RETURN POLICY

If a product develops a fault within 5 days of delivery, please contact us for a one to one exchange of the same product. Customers must have the full packaging of the faulty item or will not be eligible for exchange.

There will be no returns of items.

B. REFUNDS

Electromart.SG does not provide refunds. If a product develops a fault within 5 days of delivery, please contact us for a one to one exchange of the same product
